The lantern festival also called yuanxiao festival in China. it fallson the 15th day of the 1st lunar month which is on 28th Feburary this year.
The tradition is to eat yuanxiao and solve puzzles on the lantern. The yuanxiao made of glutinous rice ball, which has different fillings in side. The fillings could be sesame, osmanthus flowers,etc.
My colleagues cooked some in rice cooker, I had some, it taste nice and then went to bed, then that’s my lantern festival.

I went to watch 3D film <Avatar>, it was quite amazing. That’s why you have to watch 3D.

There are twenty-four solar term in Chinese luner calendar. Today is the first solar term call, “lichun” which means the begining of spring.
